How We Establish Our Cash Offer
We start off by establishing the After Repair Value (ARV) of your home. This is the value of your home when all updates and repairs are completed. This “after repair” condition means your home would pass all inspections and be ready to move in without any additional work. The ARV is established by finding comparable properties which have sold in your neighborhood over the past 6 months with similar amenities (E.g. Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Footage, etc.). Taking these comparable home sales into account we will lock in on the ARV for your home.
